Privacy Policy

Find My Prayer is run by Return to Faith Ministries. You can search and read every prayer in the library without an account, and without giving us anything at all. This policy covers the website and the iPhone and Android apps alike.
What we collect
- If you sign in: your email address and the username you choose. We use your email for sign-in, account confirmation and recovery; it is never displayed publicly. Your username is shown with community prayers you post.
- Things you create: prayers you save, prayers you post to the community section, prayers you suggest for the library, likes, reports you file, and members you have blocked.
- Anonymous counts: how many times a prayer has been read. This is a number on the prayer, not a record of who read it.
- On your own device: recently read prayers, your text-size setting, how you prefer your lists sorted, and which tags you use most. In the app this is kept in the device's own app storage; in a browser it is kept in the browser. Either way it is never sent to us, and it disappears when you clear that data or uninstall the app.
What we never do
We do not sell or rent your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not track you across other websites. We do not record what you search for against your account. The app does not ask for your location, contacts, photos, camera or microphone, and it does not use advertising identifiers.
Sharing a prayer
When you share a prayer, the text and a link are handed to whichever app you choose — messages, email, or a social app. From that point that app's own privacy policy applies. We do not see or record who you shared with.
Public information
Community prayers are public. The prayer text and the username you post under can be seen by anyone, including people who are not signed in. Your email address is never shown. Saved prayers, your block list and reports you file are private to you; a report is visible only to you and to the people who review it.
Deleting your account or content
You can unsave any prayer at any time, and you can delete community prayers you posted. To delete your account, open My Prayers and choose “Delete my account”. This permanently removes your account, saved prayers, likes, suggestions, blocks and reports you filed; prayers you shared with the community remain, with your name removed. If you would rather we do it for you, email returntofaithministries@gmail.com from the address you signed up with.
Community content and blocking
Community prayers are written by members. You can report anything objectionable, and reports are reviewed within 48 hours. If a report has not been dealt with within 48 hours, the prayer is hidden automatically until a person has reviewed it. You can also block a member, which immediately hides every prayer they have shared from your view; your block list is stored with your account and is visible only to you.
Children
The prayer library is suitable for all ages, but accounts are not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
