Blessing of a Grave

O God, by whose mercy the faithful departed find rest, bless this grave and send your holy angel to watch over it. As we lay to rest the body of your servant, grant that their soul may rejoice with your saints, and may we who mourn be comforted by the hope of the resurrection. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.
