Act of Consecration to the Holy Face of Jesus
Acts of consecration to the Holy Face were the standard means of enrollment in the Archconfraternity of the Holy Face, erected at Tours and raised to an archconfraternity by Pope Leo XIII in 1885.

About the prayer
Members promised a daily act of reparation and offered their ordinary lives — work, family duties, illness, and small humiliations — in union with the disfigured Face of Christ. The consecration ends where the whole devotion points: the beatific vision, the unveiled Face promised to the pure of heart. It is traditionally renewed on the Feast of the Holy Face (Shrove Tuesday), on the anniversary of one's enrollment, and at the start of Lent.
