Morning Offering of the Apostleship of Prayer
O Jesus, through the Immaculate Heart of Mary,
I offer you my prayers, works, joys, and sufferings of this day
for all the intentions of your Sacred Heart,
in union with the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass
throughout the world,
in reparation for my sins,
for the intentions of all my relatives and friends,
and in particular for the intentions of the Holy Father
this month. Amen.

About the prayer
The Apostleship of Prayer, founded by French Jesuits in 1844 and now called the Pope's Worldwide Prayer Network, gave Catholics this offering as a way to make an ordinary day into an act of worship joined to every Mass being said on earth. Millions have prayed it on waking for more than a century and a half; the last line ties the individual's day to the Pope's monthly intention.
