Prayer for Mercy on the Whole World (St. Faustina)
From the Diary of St.
O Blood and Water, which gushed forth from the Heart of Jesus
as a fount of mercy for us, I trust in you.
Eternal God, in whom mercy is endless
and the treasury of compassion inexhaustible,
look kindly upon us and increase your mercy in us,
that in difficult moments we might not despair
nor become despondent,
but with great confidence submit ourselves to your holy will,
which is Love and Mercy itself.
Amen.

About the prayer
Faustina Kowalska, and printed as the concluding prayer of the Chaplet of Divine Mercy. Faustina's Polish text was approved by the Holy See in 1978 after an earlier ban was lifted, and the prayer is now used worldwide at the three o'clock hour.
