In the name of Jesus Christ, I ask the Most Holy Trinity to send the entire heavenly court to my aid.
Blessed Virgin Mary, Queen of Angels and Queen of Heaven, come to my assistance.
St. Michael, St. Gabriel, St. Raphael, and all the holy angels, come to my assistance.
St. Joseph, terror of demons, come to my assistance.
St. John the Baptist, holy apostles, holy martyrs, holy confessors and holy virgins, come to my assistance.
All the saints and angels of God, come to my assistance.
Defend me in battle, guard me from all evil, and lead me safely to the Kingdom of Heaven. Amen.

About the prayer
Joseph, the apostles, martyrs and saints — to his defense. It draws directly on the structure of the Litany of the Saints, the Church's oldest corporate prayer of intercession, in use at Rome from at least the sixth century and prescribed in the Roman Ritual's rite of exorcism. Because the entire prayer is addressed upward, it raises none of the authority questions that surround direct address to demons.
