A Prayer for the Protection of Children

Father, my children are out of my sight and never out of yours. Guard them on the road, in the classroom, on their phones, and among their friends. Protect them from harm I can foresee and from what I would never think to fear. Send their guardian angels to walk with them. Give them the courage to tell me the truth and the wisdom to walk away. Keep them, Lord, and bring them home. Amen.
