Lord Jesus Christ, by the power of Your Cross and Your Precious Blood, I ask You to bind all retaliation of the enemy against me, my family, my home, and all who have prayed with me or for me.
Let no vengeance fall upon us, upon our health, our relationships, our work or our possessions. Let anything sent against us return to the foot of Your Cross, to be dealt with as You see fit.
Seal us in Your Blood, surround us with Your angels, and cover us with the mantle of the Blessed Virgin Mary. Amen.

About the prayer
The consistent counsel of exorcists — Fr. Ripperger and Fr. Amorth alike — is that deliverance prayer should always be bracketed by protection, both before and after, and that those who pray for others should ask the same protection for themselves. The prayer never presumes to punish; it asks only that what is sent be handed over to Christ's judgment, in keeping with Romans 12:19, "Vengeance is mine, I will repay, says the Lord."
