Consecration of One's Exterior Goods to the Blessed Virgin Mary
O Mary, Immaculate Virgin, Mother of God and my Mother, I consecrate to you today all my exterior goods — my home, my land, my possessions, my work, my income and everything that God has entrusted to my care.
I place them all under your dominion and your protection, that they may be used according to the will of your Son and for the good of my family and my neighbor.
Guard them from every harm and from every claim of the enemy. Dispose of them as you see fit, for you are a better steward of them than I. And let everything I own serve the Kingdom of your Son, Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.

About the prayer
An act of Marian consecration applied specifically to material possessions, a practice recommended in deliverance ministry because property, land and objects can carry attachments from previous owners or from their own history. Its theology is that of St. Louis de Montfort's True Devotion to the Blessed Virgin Mary (written c. 1712), where the one consecrating gives Our Lady the disposal of all his goods, interior and exterior, trusting her to render them to God more perfectly than he could himself.
