Deliverance Prayers
These are prayers of spiritual protection and freedom, drawn from established Christian tradition and intended for ordinary use by lay believers. They are not exorcisms — formal exorcism is reserved to the church and to those it appoints.
Pray them plainly and without dramatics. The tradition is consistent on this: the power is God's, not the wording's, and confidence belongs in Christ rather than in the intensity of the prayer.
