A Prayer for Those Seeking Work

God, provider of every good thing, I need work. You know the applications sent and unanswered, the interviews that went nowhere, and what this waiting is doing to my confidence. Do not let unemployment convince me I am worthless. My value was never in my paycheck. Open a door I cannot open. Send favor where I have no connections. Give me diligence today and rest tonight. Provide for my needs and the needs of those who depend on me, as you have promised. Amen.
