God, of your goodness, give me yourself,
for you are enough for me;
and I can ask for nothing less
that is fully to your worship.
And if I ask anything that is less,
ever shall I be in want;
for only in you have I all.
He did not say: You shall not be tempested,
you shall not be travailed, you shall not be afflicted.
But he said: You shall not be overcome.
All shall be well, and all shall be well,
and all manner of thing shall be well. Amen.
