Blessing of a Boat and Those at Sea
A blessing for fishing and sailing vessels and for all who work or travel upon the sea.
Lord God, whose Son walked upon the waters
and calmed the storm with a word,
bless this boat and all who sail in her.
Guard them in fair weather and in foul,
guide them through every danger of the deep,
and bring them home in safety to those who love them.
