The Chaplet of the Holy Face of Jesus
On the medal: O God, come to my assistance. O Lord, make haste to help me. Glory be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, as it was in the beginning, is now, and ever shall be, world without end. Amen.
On the six large beads, honoring the five senses of Our Lord and His wounded Face:
My Jesus, mercy.
On each of the six sets of six small beads:
O Jesus, cast upon us a look of mercy; turn Thy Face towards each of us as Thou didst to Veronica; so that we may contemplate it in eternity.
After each set:
Arise, O Lord, and let Thine enemies be scattered, and let them that hate Thee flee from before Thy Face.
Conclude:
O Almighty and Eternal Father, we offer Thee the Holy Face of Jesus, covered with blood, sweat, dust and spittle, in reparation for the crimes of our age, and to obtain the mercy of Thy Church and the conversion of sinners. Amen.
Praise, honor, and glory be to Thee, O Jesus, for the Sacred Wound of Thy Holy Face.
