Novena to Our Lady of Perpetual Help

Mother of Perpetual Help, you have been chosen by God to be the Mother of our Redeemer, and given to us as our Mother as well. With confidence I come before your holy picture, and I ask you to obtain for me the grace I need. (State your intention here.) Help me to bear my crosses with patience, to accept God's will in all things, and to persevere in prayer even when I see no answer.
