A Prayer for Students

Lord of all wisdom, be with me as I study. Sharpen my attention, strengthen my memory, and give me love for the truth rather than only for the grade. Where I have left things too late, help me begin anyway. Where I am afraid of failing, remind me that my worth is not measured here. Bless my teachers and those I study beside. Let what I learn become useful to others and never a source of pride. Amen.
