The Nuptial Blessing

Holy Father, who made man in your own image, male and female you created them, that husband and wife might be one flesh and a sign of your covenant love. Look with favour upon this bride and groom. Send down upon them the grace of the Holy Spirit, that their love may be faithful, fruitful, and lasting. Give them strength in trial, joy in one another, and length of days, and bring them at last to the wedding feast of heaven. Through Christ our Lord. Amen.
