Prayer for Troubled Souls

Lord Jesus Christ, You who said, "Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest," look with mercy on every troubled soul. For those tormented in mind, grant peace. For those crushed by sorrow, grant consolation. For those who cannot pray, pray within them by Your Spirit. For those who have lost hope, be their hope. Drive far from them every spirit of despair, confusion, torment and fear. Let them know that they are loved, that they are Yours, and that nothing can separate them from Your love. Blessed Virgin Mary, Comforter of the Afflicted, pray for them. Amen.
