Prayer of Command
The classic lay "prayer of command," rooted in the Lord's own promise that His disciples would cast out demons in His name (Mark 16:17).
In the name of Jesus Christ, and by the power of His Cross and His Blood, I command any and every evil spirit afflicting me to depart now, to go to the foot of the Cross, there to receive your sentence from Jesus Christ, Our Lord.
I ask this in the name of Jesus Christ, my Lord and my God. Amen.

About the prayer
The Church distinguishes between adjuration, which is reserved to a priest holding the bishop's mandate, and simple command in the name of Jesus, which a baptized Christian may make over himself and those entrusted to his authority. A lay person prays this only for himself or for those under his lawful care; it is never prayed over another adult without consent, and never as a substitute for the Church's solemn rite.
