Daily Christian Devotions

A devotion is not one prayer but a habit — a small, repeatable practice you keep on ordinary days. Each entry here gives you the full text of the prayers and a plain description of how the practice is kept: what to pray, when, and why it was given.

Some are daily, like the Rosary, the Liturgy of the Hours, or a short visit to the Blessed Sacrament. Others follow a rhythm across weeks or months, like the Nine First Fridays, the Five First Saturdays, or the thirty-three day preparation for consecration to Jesus through Mary. Start with one. A devotion kept badly but kept is worth more than a perfect one abandoned.
